Most salons groom several dogs at once, with the rest waiting in crates. We do it differently. We book one dog in at a time, so there are no other dogs around and nothing to feel anxious about.

Questions we get asked a lot
What does one-to-one grooming mean?
It means your dog is the only dog in the salon for their appointment. There are no other dogs around and no crates, so it's calm and quiet and your dog gets our full attention from start to finish.
Do you groom puppies and older dogs?
Absolutely. The one-to-one setup is ideal for puppies having their first groom and for older or nervous dogs who find busy salons stressful. We take it gently and go at their pace.
How long does a groom take?
Because we only have one dog in at a time, we never rush. A full groom usually takes a couple of hours depending on breed, coat and how your dog is feeling on the day. We'll give you a rough idea when you book.
